Hello, I have placed three orders now and I am based in New Zealand and due to the cost involved in purchasing crystal and having it shipped so far I was a little nervous when I placed my first order. But the customer service was amazing and every single question I asked was replied to very quickly. The crystal was sent extremely well packaged. The customer experience I had was so good I have now placed a further two orders.

It’s the first time I shop on this website, I feel very novel, there are many kinds of things, and there are even some crystal boutiques I haven’t seen before, it’s worth savoring slowly.

Prior to my order the company replied to my questions. The order was shipped very fast. A bit epxensive shipping (25euros) but since the content is extremely fragile make sense. Items was extremely well packaged. Also there was a little suprise in the packet (a small gift). For sure i will buy again.
