Oude collectie van aantal stukken aangeboden. Stukken zijn in overvloed aanwezig waardoor ze minder waarde hebben dan bij uitgave. Ondanks dat een acceptabele prijs gekregen voor de stukken. Snel in communicatie.

First, I ordered 3 pieces that were hard to find in the states and Kristalonline not only had these pieces but they had the best prices I could find - anywhere. Each piece arrived in perfect condition. Beautiful. Second, due to covid-19 shipping was very long and I was very worried. Kristalonline's staff were great helping me with this. The customer service was best I have had in a very long time. Thank you and I will purchase from again.

Not only did Kristalonline offer a very good price for the item we wanted but their service was first class. I was nervous spending this amount on a fragile item that had to be sent from abroad to the UK but it was also being sent direct to a family member rather than to me. All my concerns (and there were several) were answered by email immediately and I was given complete reassurance that my Crystal Birds would arrive safely. The on line transaction was easy, delivery was very quick and we were able to track it on it’s journey. The whole experience was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Kristalonline from my experience.
