Good experience. Easy management for us. Only with the unpaid invoices, the company in charge of collecting the debt was able to manage everything. Once they collect the amount , they transfer the amount to our account .

We've had a really great experience in some countries via Oddcoll and could collect quite a few payments. In some countries however, your partners have been not been able to help and some even have been very annoying, even to a point that they complained about the conditions that they have working with Oddcoll. That was a weird experience, considering they're your partner but seemingly don't really like working with you. I understand though that our use case is not the standard for your platform and therefore am okay with it. From point of Oddcoll, I think you're doing a good job. Keep at it and continue to search for great partners, I know from my own experience, that's the hardest part of your work.

The customer service of Oddcoll platform was good.

An easy to use web interface where you upload all documents pertaining to the case. After that you can follow progress until it's closed and they paid out the debt about 1 week after closure. They also collected late fees, that I was entitled to by German laws, I wasn't aware of existed. In total I got more money than my debt, even after collection fees where paid.

Oddcoll provide great customer support. We haven't used them for very long but so far the results have been very positive. The communication is very clear and they keep you updated with the progress of each case. Highly recommended!

Oddcoll offers the ability to collect small debts from many European countries where I would think its not possible to ever get money owed - the founder of the company was very helpful in this regard in always getting back to me in a timely fashion Finally, Oddcoll does all these services very low rates (well below most competitors) enabling you to keep the majority of your hard-earned money.
