I am sorry to hear that the Postal Service still did not deliver your order.
As my colleague informed you last Friday 31-07, the delay is due to the Postal Service; we have already sent your order on July 15. You received a mail on the 15. of july to confirm the shipment.
Because you chose to send as a letter by normal post, there is unfortunately no track and trace code, so it is not possible to determine where the shipment is at the moment.
How ever we want to help you and we will send you a personal mail.
