We sent the labels on 20 April. Although we offer the option of choosing a delivery method with a tracking code, you opted for a delivery method without. Therefore, it is not possible to track the current location of your shipment. In the order confirmation, we explicitly state that customer services cannot provide any further information about the shipment if the customer chooses a delivery option without a tracking number. We can then only confirm the day of dispatch, but unfortunately not the day on which the postman will deliver the order to your letterbox. It is a pity that you reflect the non-functioning of the sender you chose on our services. We have also sent you a personal email for an address check.
