Thank you for your evaluation.
We dispatched your order on 5 September to the address you provided, where you entered the United Kingdom as the country. You chose to have your order sent in an envelope by standard post, without a track & trace code. Unfortunately, this means we cannot track the location of your order. But we checked and found that Jersey is not part of the United Kingdom. The address was therefore not entered correctly. As we work with a fully automated system and therefore do not see the orders, we explicitly ask you to check your address before continuing with your order; you indicated that it was correct.
All we can do now is wait until the order is returned to us, I am sorry. We will then contact you and resend the labels to a correct address.
