Despite being aware of your company being based in Belgium, I was not aware that my order would be subject to import duties. Had I have known, I would not have gone ahead seeing as I had to pay a rather high import duty tax. This should have been made clear from the outset especially for UK customers.

I love the different styles on the cases and they're very durable (i bought the toughest case) althought theyre making my phone wider it's great quality

Paid about £18 for the case with the lanyard. For this price I expected slightly better quality. The material just feels a bit cheap. They clearly have the same clear plastic case which they print different design onto. I expected the case would have the same "height" across the back, instead the part with the design on the back is sunken in relative to the edges of the case which raised. This cheapens the overall feel of the case imo. There is also a raised part of the case around where the camera lens of my phone is. This was just not pictured in the online listing. The print itself is a little blurry. Nothing too extreme but you can just about see the image is not quite perfectly sharp. A higher resolution would have been needed.

The photos are so good on the case. I am also notorious for dropping my phone and its managed to protect my phone really well so far.

Very good product

After making my first purchase for a new case, it did arrive quicker than I expected but unfortunately the design/print on the back was off centre and looked really bad. I contacted the company to let them know of this and within a day or so they got back to me, and made no fuss to send a new case free of charge once I sent prove of what was wrong. I was a little doubtful that the new case would be better but as much as it's the slightest bit off and not perfect and I'm very happy with my replacement case. So thank you Case Company for getting back promptly and handling the problem as you did. The case fits well, it's good quality and feels very durable, and the design/print doesn't look cheap at all.
