Paid for fast shipping (3-6 business days) took 14/15 days to arrive. Phone case arrived and and there was a misprint on the phone case - “Case company” was printed on the top of the phone case near the camera and upside down. This is not the way the phone case was advertised and looks ridiculous on the phone. Contacted customer support about this and hoping to receive a solution to this problem.

Absolutely love it

In all honesty, love the size of it. It's cute and ring is adjustable. My only issue is that it is not magsafe therefore not detachable. So once it's on the case, it stays there. Which is understandable due to its size. But shame just the same.

The ring is fine. The stickiness and print however are not. The ring repeatedly unsticks from my clean phonecase and has to be re-attached fairly often. The print started peeling on day 2 of normal use and now more of it is missing than present. For the price point of this product, the quality severally lacks and makes me sad that I chose the spend my money with CaseCompany. This was supposed to be a way for me to get some value back from a case that ended up arriving in after I learned that I would actually need a new phone, making the case useless to me, I should've pushed to just return the case for my money back.

I bought a photo case and uploaded my own image. The case is great and really protective. I love how the image wraps around the sides of the case too. I also expected delivery to take longer but it came really quickly!

Great to see such a wide range of case designs with the ability to customise. My 11 year old daughter loved designing her case. Order was completed very promptly (by lunchtime the following day) and immediately dispatched, arriving shortly thereafter. Great quality lanyard also.
