The creating of the case online was very easy and accessible to all. The variety of colours to choose from was so many! The payment part was easy and quick. It didn't take long for the package to arrive and when it did, it was in mint condition and it looked just like it did online; perfect!

I emailed about the sticker being off centre and I was told that I’d be sent another phone case right away, but it’s been a few weeks now and I still haven’t received anything.

To whom this might concern I received the ordered phone case for my daughter‘s Samsung galaxy A40 and I am struggling to find the words to express my sincere disappointment in the quality of the phone case. After the first day of use, she had it around her neck and the phone fall out the case and the screen smashed. I am sure the phone would be better protected in a plastic bag hanging around her neck. I would like to know by return email how you intend to deal with this matter as I have no intention of being de******d of my money for a substandard product that has course damage to my child’s phone.

Although I made a mistake with the original order they soon rectified it and it was a quick response.

The website was really easy to use. I was able to use the pictures i wanted and scale them correctly to fit in the slots properly. Some picture sites won't resize the picture for a square in the same way as I could here. Super happy with the finished product and it arrived really quickly.
