Faulty case no replacement

Received my order and it was damaged. I sent an email straight away with pictures. A few days later I got a response but I'm still yet to receive a replacement case.

Perfect Product

Really happy with this product. It came out much better than I expected and was of a really high quality. The images look great and the case itself is firm and sturdy. The pictures come with a matte finish which feels good too. I don't think the shipping was great, but I acknowledge I ordered shortly before Christmas so put the delay down to that. Sucks a bit given I paid for the fast shipping method, but that's a learn for next time.

Service received was 10/10 I'm always a little weary ordering from companies on Facebook but I can honestly say this company is 100% legit. Absolutely love my new case pictures came out great too. I've recommended to everyone.

Ich habe die Hülle zu Weihnachten geschenkt bekommen und nicht mal einen Monat später ist der Aufdruck an einigen Stellen aufgeplatzt und an vielen Stellen haben sich bereits Blasen gebildet. Vom Kundenservice erhält man leider auch keine Antworten. Eine wirklich schlechte Qualität..

Quick and easy purchase.Lovely gift

Bought for my sons birthday. Easy to upload pictures and edit on to case.Reasonable cost for a very personal gift idea. Delivery was slower than expected but I ordered in plenty of time to receive for his birthday so no major issues with delivery.Recommended if you want a personal gift idea.

Absolutely brilliant

I ordered my phone case on (boxing day) due to the fact I ordered from else where for my mum/my sons nan a phone case for Christmas Boxing Day rolls around an I was gutted my mum opened it to find out they had sent the wrong case for her phone found this site online and i couldn’t be happier was delivered within just over a week the quality was outstanding the photos on the case were perfect, will definitely be ordering from here again for sure!! Good product but delivery time was too long

The product corresponds to my order, very nice design. The only problem was releted to the delivery, it took over one month to arrive.

Slow delivery but case as expected.

Scored 3 because case took 22 days to arrive. Had given up hope and bought another one to protect phone. Quality and fit of new one seems good. Looks how I expected. Would only recommend company if postage improves. In fairness, it was despatched day after order so more likely Royal Mail let company down.
