Exactly what I wanted

Pleased with my case

Great quality item, would recommend. The only comment to make would be I wish it came in nicer packaging when it's a gift as it just arrives unprotected in a plastic envelope.

Never Arrived

Would love to share a review but the item never arrived, I contacted the case company to be told, “please wait longer” ha ha, I ordered in November 2023, I think I have waited long enough !!!! Will not be using them again.

Better than expected

This was my first purchase, I was a tad sceptical as I had not heard of the company before. I was happy I did make the purchase as the phone case is great. The quality of the pictures is fab. The personalisation feature is great. Really makes a phone case personal.

An absolute joke

I ordered a Christmas present for my husband on November 27 - 4 weeks before Christmas. Shipping was meant to be 5 to 8 business days. Which would have given me plenty of a buffer. When I had not received my order by mid December, I contacted customer service and was told to wait until the 21st though this meant there is no way that if it had been lost it could ever make it in time for Christmas. I was away from our home address for Christmas and came back December 26, assuming the case would be in our mailbox. It was not. I notified customer service and they said another one would be sent out. It's still took over a week after that before they even sent it and then I received it on the 18th of January nearly 2 months after I purchased it. The case itself is good quality but the absolute shambles of trying to order this and get it to my house means I would not ever recommend using case company. Extra irritating was the fact that you still had to pay for shipping when it doesn't come.
