An absolute joke

I ordered a Christmas present for my husband on November 27 - 4 weeks before Christmas. Shipping was meant to be 5 to 8 business days. Which would have given me plenty of a buffer. When I had not received my order by mid December, I contacted customer service and was told to wait until the 21st though this meant there is no way that if it had been lost it could ever make it in time for Christmas. I was away from our home address for Christmas and came back December 26, assuming the case would be in our mailbox. It was not. I notified customer service and they said another one would be sent out. It's still took over a week after that before they even sent it and then I received it on the 18th of January nearly 2 months after I purchased it. The case itself is good quality but the absolute shambles of trying to order this and get it to my house means I would not ever recommend using case company. Extra irritating was the fact that you still had to pay for shipping when it doesn't come.

Gorgeous product

I ordered a personalised phone case after seeing an advertisement. It was easy to personalise and a great price. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and the case itself was perfect when it did. I would definitely buy again.

No case has arrived

Order a case a while back didn’t get delivered, first got told the courier was unable to deliver it to us as we were not in, being a phone case it should just fit through letter box but after checking the ring doorbell, No one had been, they said it had been sent back but would deliver it back out. A day later I had a email saying it had actually been lost in transit I then asked for a refund instead I got an email saying they where re sending it again but still no refund and no phone case

Very quick and efficient service.

Love, love, love my phone case which has pictures of my girls on. A little disappointed at how the pictures turned out… they were quite dark.

Not recieved

I ordered my phone case. After many emails chasing to find out where it was they said it was unable too deliver it and sent it back. I then got hold of the company again to be told it was re-sent out and I have still not received my phone case again. So upset as been waiting ages and still not got it.
