I have ordered a case (not personalized) for Two weeks right now, i chose the standard shipping which is 3-6 business days, up till this moment i didn't receive the case and when i went back to customer service to cancel the order and refund my money back, they kept playing dumb for 5 hours of back and forth emails repeating the same sentence that i need to wait for 10 business days and when I sent that i refuse to wait and just want to cancel it, they absolutely kept playing dumb. By far this is the worst experience i have ever had, it wasted my time and got be even more frustrated.

Process was very simple and delivery was perfect. Only thing I’d change is the colouring is a tad faded but other than that it’s amazing!

This is a fraud they do not send you the phone case or provide you with a tracking order to let you know the locations or status. It is a month now and until today there is no information provide.

I chose a personalised case and am not too impressed as the personalisation is wearing off already. I have had this case only 2 weeks. I expect it to last longer than that!

Sadly my delivery was very late and I didn’t receive my case until it was 10 days over due. The case was nice but the quality of the print could have been better.
