Ordering and delivery good. Disappointed that case does not cover top and bottom only sides of phone

Bad experience

I made my order on 1st June and it has never arrived. They told it has been lost and it would have been reshipped. I hope it will be arrived soon. Obviously I won't make any other orders again.
