Love this stylish case

Great looking case. Durable and practical with the cord. I need to have my phone near me at all times as it is linked to my Diabetic Medical devices so if I have no pockets I put it round my neck. Problem solved. Will definetely be buying another case from this fabulous company. Huge amount of choice, super quick delivery and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

Fantastica

Cover bellissima e ben fatta, i materiali sono molto resistenti e calza benissimo sullo smartphone, la stampa delle foto è davvero ad risoluzione. Per quanto riguarda la spedizione è andato tutto benissimo sono stati puntuali.

Poteva andare peggio

La cover è arrivata nei tempi previsti ed è stata molto gradita (era un regalo). Purtroppo la qualità dell'immagine non è il top. Pensavo fosse un mio problema di visualizzazione (dato che ho caricato le foto due volte e la prima volta si vedevano bene). Ho contattato l'assistenza subito dopo l'ordine e solo il giorno dopo mi sono resa conto che sarebbero state stampate con quella qualità e non si poteva fare nulla a riguardo. Secondo me, si dovrebbe trovare un modo per garantire una qualità migliore delle foto, magari dando la possibilità di allegarle anche in un secondo momento (tipo entro 4 ore dall'ordine). Per il resto, sono davvero rimasta soddisfatta: le foto non sono state nemmeno stampate con una qualità pessima. Poteva andare peggio.

Difficult experience, but happy with the final result

I ordered a bespoke product as a gift for my friend and unfortunately there were two separate occasions where the delivery did not arrive. Finally it did arrive months after the original case was ordered after having to reorder it two times because it got lost in the mail. While this is not directly CaseCompany's fault it may be worth looking into the courier service and finding out how it is possible to lose two cases. However, I will say that I was very happy with the service of the customer service team in helping resolve the issue - especially Sofie was very helpful, responsive and kind.

Really good quality and looks brilliant
