It’s been a month pass the arrival date and I haven’t received anything I have try to reach out to the company and it took 3 days for them to get back to me and all they have said "send me the order number so we can look in to it" and I have heard from them since and it’s almost a week. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. It’s been a terrible experience to be honest.

The case itself is very high quality and the picture on the case is very high resolution and came exactly how I ordered it. My order came very fast as well. I've received alot of compliments and referred CaseCompany to my friends and coworkers (even people I don't know!) as they have a wide variety for selection. Absolutely love my case and would order again!

I drop my phone more often than normal so I got the “tough case” expecting it to be a little more resilient and protective. I dropped it not two days after getting the case and it cracked the screen protector. There was no face coverage so if it hits the face of the phone it will break it. The design definitely gets a lot of compliments though.

How fantastic it is to have a unique and personalised mobile phone case. So many people have admired mine and asked where can they get one and when they find out it can be printed with their own photos they are blown away. Thank you CaseCompany.

hello, i ordered a city map case for my huawei phone and i wasn't happy because of the printing of the case. Please note that it was (and will be) the first time ever i gave more than 3 euros to a phone case because i thought i would love it. But the case cost was 25 euros and i m not happy with it. They offered me a free case which made me really satisfied by the team's help and intention to satisfy their clients. I ordered this new case but unfortunately im still not happy with the printing. Also i see that the design is smaller than what the site shows and the colours of the case are not that vivid and good. The colours look like someone left the case in the sun and they started fading. And the last issue i have is that for my Huawei phone they only have the transparent silicone case and my old case is now turned yellow and it looks dirty. Now i have to throw it away. Not happy at all.

I ordered first a case with an image printed but it didn't fit exactly on the phone due to printing i guess, they sent me coupon discount and I ordered another type of case with image printed, fitted like a glove. Thanks!

The case comes with a felt bag and a couple of stickers, the case was printed nice and had a nice textured finish

The case was super nice and exactly how the picture preview showed it.I love my case because of how good the quality of the case is.I have dropped it a few times and my case still looks untouchable.I highly recommend "case company" for the great quality overall!
