My product arrived outside of the stated delivery window, however it was during the Christmas period so it was understandable. In addition, the case I ordered was a clear case and the image I uploaded for use in the design had a soft faded edge (colour to transparent). Unfortunately, the final product did not reflect this as it instead featured a fade from colour to white and then a 100 to 0 opacity, creating a hard edge. This was disappointing as the preview shown by the online designer displayed the soft faded edge I desired, leading to negative some feelings of surprise when I got the product. This is my only significant complaint with the product and it is a relatively small one. That having been said, the product was greatly loved by the gift recipient and overall the experience from the online designer to the packaging was great, far better than competing brands that I tried.

Good experience, no problems. I loved the case I ordered but u fortunately is was too small and didn't fit my phone.

Easy to order and design my own cover. Love the individuality of it. Case around phone has rubberised feeling so I think it should last long enough. Last case was a lighter plastic and lasted 18months. Was a bit disappointed that interior of flip cover was v synthetic suede. Last case had real suede and I thought I was ordering same thing. I expect the cheaper interior card slots will tear earlier than real suede, but time will tell!

Het hoesje is mooi gemaakt en voelt stevig aan, maar er is was wrl al heel snel een kleine beschadiging op gekomen.

Really good case from a cool artist, at a reasonable price too and the delivery was fairly quick.

Was not expecting much from a plastic phone case ordered online but it has lasted over 2 months now with no cracks or anything. One thing I will say is that it is not very secure. I dropped my phone twice and both times the case just popped off the phone and went flying across the floor. So wouldn't recommend if you're a very clumsy person. Other than that it's a very beautiful case and I'm happy with my purchase.

Got it as a Christmas present for my dad, with a picture of the family! Came super quick and really cutely packaged with extra stickers as well! The quality of the photo is super good and the phone case is sturdy as well, he was super happy with it!

It didn't look like the preview image and when I got it I got very disappointed, I had to give it away. The image looked pixelated and the print looked cheap. Waste of money, don't recommend.

First of all, my daughter is very, very happy with the customized case. Not really seeing too many similar cases out there, it is pretty unique. The design and ordering process was pretty good. Shipping took quite a while, so order early.

The selection was excellent and my 11 year old son got a case beyond the generic tat generally. sold. The purchase was easy and it arrived in good time. All in all a great experience.

Very expensive for the poor service. I don't have opinion on product quality because it never arrived. Customer suppport answer after a long time if they answer at all. Very bad experience.
