Case should be more durable. My case broke within the first week of ownership. The company reached out to "make it right" but advised me they could not fix my concern without pictures of the damage. I did not have pictures because once it broke, i threw it away as it was trash.

First I paid for expedited shipping so it would get to my house before I moved but it was late. After only a few weeks it’s already cracked in 3 places and looks extremely cheap.

Service was extremely fast. The only thing that took long is that this company is based in Europe and the shipping understandably took awhile since I’m located in the U.S. however, I loved the case! It was very affordable and it was a silly birthday gift for my friend. She absolutely loved it. The case also came in a super cute baggie too that said “you are a awesome”. Loved everything!

Perhaps add a note somewhere that international shipping can take up to a few weeks. I did know this so this didn’t bother me, but in case other people from other countries do order from you.

It is a nice case, plus the custom picture turned out great. The only thing is, the volume plastic part already broke. It dropped once off my bed, and the volume and mic part are already broken.

The case should come with a band that goes around and slightly in front of the screen so it is more protected.
