First I paid for expedited shipping so it would get to my house before I moved but it was late. After only a few weeks it’s already cracked in 3 places and looks extremely cheap.

Service was extremely fast. The only thing that took long is that this company is based in Europe and the shipping understandably took awhile since I’m located in the U.S. however, I loved the case! It was very affordable and it was a silly birthday gift for my friend. She absolutely loved it. The case also came in a super cute baggie too that said “you are a awesome”. Loved everything!

Perhaps add a note somewhere that international shipping can take up to a few weeks. I did know this so this didn’t bother me, but in case other people from other countries do order from you.

It is a nice case, plus the custom picture turned out great. The only thing is, the volume plastic part already broke. It dropped once off my bed, and the volume and mic part are already broken.

The case should come with a band that goes around and slightly in front of the screen so it is more protected.

Suggestion might want to add this phone cover pic to Facebook and where ever other Hunters, Outdoorsman are at to grab their attention. The Bear cover stood out so great I have how more people comment on how cool it looked as well where can they get theirs or make one. The case is very flimsy and too low. It does not protect the edges of the screen or the top of the phone. It is purely cosmetic, not protective at all.

Build an actual protective case, not a thin cover that is only cosmetic.

Even I was waiting for the shipment almost one month, at the end when I received it matched perfectly. Quality of phone case and print is satisfied. My shipment was late, but sales stuff was very kind and helpful.

You should out possibilities of choosing free delivery or paid delivery. Free delivery doesn't have track number and it's impossible to check status of shipment. For my country was said that delivery is 8 working days, and I received it almost after 1 month.
