My LG G5 case is great, i like that i could design it myself. I also liked the free shipping.

The quality of the print could be better (that's not to say it is bad, just that it could be better). Also, the shipping, free as it is, it took a lot of time.

My only concern was with the time difference as I live in Canada. I needed to contact customer service as there was a small error in my address. I contacted you immediately but because of the time difference, when I received a reply I was told it was already shipped/ the shipping label had already been made so the error couldn't be changed. Because of this, I had to contact the shipping provider multiple times (including my local shipping provider) in order for them to change the address for me before it was delivered to me.
