Disgraceful received the case snapped so not a happy customer and when I complained I received no reply to rubbish customer service

The case fit perfectly, looked wonderful, and despite how rough and klutzy I can be, the case has yet to chip or even crack.

I would love to see a ultra-protective version (like a snap-together with rubber bumpers) become an option, because I would definitely buy.

The case came through the mail in tip top condition, even incongruous a pouch and microfibre cloth, picture was good quality and material is reliable.

Maybe a cheaper price on the cases as they can be expensive, or various offers for different cases or styles.

Nice case. The pictures was made exactly as I ordered it. However the pockets are too tight. Almost unusable.

The pockets need to be larger as it's a bit of a hassle to put even only one credit card in there (and if you put 2 the case doesn't even close fully anymore). Would have been 5 stars if not for the above.

Image and text could be a higher resolution to increase clarity clearness and sharpness; maybe a rubber variant to add more protection? I don't drop my phone often but the plastic might be a bit thin

The plastic of the side (power slot/volume slot) already broke, it's quite common in plastic covers.. but maybe you can renforce it and give this extra power to your products.

awesome quality, great design

The material on the side that connects the front of the case needs to be slightly lower. It blocks being able to change the volume using the side buttons on the ipod.

The only positive thing I have to say about the case is the design.

I wish that the case protected my phone better. The case also snaps off super easily and never stays on. Because of the case i've manged to crack the bottom back corner of my phone. So I suggest you work on protection along with the case staying on the phone.
