Love my case.

My only concern was with the time difference as I live in Canada. I needed to contact customer service as there was a small error in my address. I contacted you immediately but because of the time difference, when I received a reply I was told it was already shipped/ the shipping label had already been made so the error couldn't be changed. Because of this, I had to contact the shipping provider multiple times (including my local shipping provider) in order for them to change the address for me before it was delivered to me.
