ordered 31days ago and haven't received yet. They refused to refund even tho I waited 31 days. was my friends bday present but they ruin my plan. I don't recommend this company.

I felt mislead when I bought the case as I own a black pixel phone where the one displayed was white. I actually thought the case had white frosting with some level of transparency. In my opinion, the case is more suitable for white pixel phones over black on appearance. I also dropped my phone yesterday and the case didn't protect the power button very well and it was damaged and jammed where I had to get the button fixed. The printing on the case was also low resolution. Overall, I feel that the product is overpriced based on its quality.

Slightly less resolution than I expected, but still beautiful. Shipping was slow, I suspect on purpose to encourage the purchase of more expedient shipping. This purposeful inconvenience is unnecessary.

You have filled out a wrong address so we can't refund your order as this is not a production mistake and it's the responsibility of the customer that the customer's filling in his right address. We have tried to explain this to you multiple times. You receive also two emails from us where you can check your address just to be sure it'll be shipped to the correct house address. We have offered you a discount code if you don't want to wait for this package to return to us so we can reship it to you. If it returned to our office, we still can do the refund without a problem.
