I thought the phone case was fantastic and the service was impeccable I received it on time and was extremely happy as was my son who had purchased it for his girlfriend

I ordered an iPad case on the 5th of December and the website stated that if you order before the 8th you will get a guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day. It’s the 30th of December and I still haven’t received it. The iPad case was a very important present for my brother with special needs and he doesn’t understand why it didn’t come and he is very disappointed

My daughter struggles to get the charger and earplugs plugged in when the case is on. Also the iPad had popped out twice. We have used your service before for phone covers and they have been perfect. Not sure what has happened with this one. It is very disappointing.
