Cheap flimsy plastic case with too-small sticker on it
I thought it was a bargain because of the discount I got on the case, however I now feel like I could have picked up something of better quality for less than the discounted price. I was with friends when I unpackaged my case and they all pulled a face and said they didn't like it, and I can't blame them - it looks cheap and badly made and I doubt it would do much to protect my phone. It took me four different attempts/methods of trying to contact their customer service team to sort a refund (which you need to do within 24 hours of receiving the case - a ludicrous returns policy) and weeks later I'm still struggling to get my money back.
