We made an exception on your request. However, as this is an exception, our production time for this order is longer. Our print proof of 7/11 was not approved until 15/11 - this because our contact within your company was not present and we were unable to contact one of your other colleagues. We sent mails and tried to call…. Unfortunately all of the above is why the process has taken more time than usual. Our apologies.
