I really like the coolers from Igloo, I really do. But the latches are very delicate and because of overseas transport etc etc. pretty pricey in my opinion. Like I said these are the best coolers in town but I payed 134,95€ for a big cooler and € 24,95 for a broken latch.... That is 1/5 of the cooler price. That is by comparison pretty high. I will take this in consideration for my next buy of coolers for my catering company.

My suggestion is to make better latches on your coolers. Or and that is te best suggestion make a partscentre in Europe so the parts price can be cut down. If you asked me the latch would be fully payed with €12,50 in stead of 24,95....the production of this plastic part can`t be over the 2€. That's my opinion.

Product is good and delivered in good condition as promised

I ordered a cooler which turned out to be too big. That is my fault. But industry standard is free returns. In this case, I had to pay shipping three times, once when I first ordered, once to return it, and once for the new one.

Suggestions

Product came in dusty and with minor but bad looking damaged and badly finished surface. Also delivery was problematic while it's not nessesary company's fault (maybe they should choose a different company to carry out the delivery?)

De handvatten op de Igloo koelboxen zijn altijd al een probleem geweest. Zwak en bevestiging is onvoldoende. Een nieuw setje simpele plastic handvatten kost 30 euro. We gebruiken wekelijks 20 - 25 grote koelboxen. Hierdoor maken we onnodig veel kosten op het onderhoud, jammer.
