Very bad

I paid for a pair of boots 176,95€ + paid for express delivery***from the 29/12/2020 T’was meant to arrive in 2 working days out of weekend . Till to date we are on the 13/01/2021 am RUMMING and begging for my Delivery. They took it to another Destination different from mine in a certain province very far from PARIS my ACTUAL ADRESSE which i had Very well and clearly PRECISIZED until my door number and floor image « @If u need the prove DHL EXPRESS Bordereau N•1391371730 STRAVERS shoes » The worste i payed thro PAYPAL Whom to date when i try to communicate ONLY A ROBOT ANSWERS and never find me any solutions I need really help coz am not ready to give up at all I need either they refund the 180€++ this is ( plus delivery price) and wasting of my time trying to get solutions by myself ( brains damage) This is my original problem with them to date and i regret for such carelessness from them.

Fast delivery, excellent quality.

I turned to Stravers in order to have a wide selection of shoes in small sizes. I have small feet, and I often have to shop in the kids section for shoes which narrows the selection considerably. Now, I have exactly what I was looking for: large selection of good quality dress shoes. It's been a positive experience. Although, it could be a little cheaper.

Wonderful in store shopping experience, great online service

I highly recommend a visit to the store in Amsterdam for a first class shopping experience. The sales ladies are very helpful with styles and sizing. You are guaranteed to leave with a stylish comfy pair of shoes. Since my store visit I have bought several more pairs of high heels, sneakers and ankle boots on line. Over seas delivery has always been a few days no problems to date. sizing- I find I am one size bigger in ankle boots than pumps or high heels. Great store for larger sizes.

Pretty shoes but not comfortable

The design of the shoes is very pretty but the inside is extremely uncomfortable. Given the price I paid for both pair of shoes I believe that comfort should as well be included.

Easy and efficent

I bought my shoes through your website. My shoes were delivered within a reasonable window and they are smashing. Perfect for wearing with trousers and casual dress. I had to buy a 34 as you do not do half sizes, I would normally buy 34.5. This was a bit disappointing. I have therefore had to do some stretching to make them comfortable. I imagine a 35 would be too big? I would welcome your advice about sizing for next time as I am sure I will be placing further orders with you, as it is very difficult to find high-quality, small shoes. This lack of size choice lost you a star!

If in doubt about the size, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you personally on the basis of shoes purchased in the past or with new customers we can advise by asking you questions. We have deliberately chosen not to use half sizes. We want a less deep sizes range (no half sizes, like we did it in the past), so we can offer more different models or colors and a faster model change We recommend you to contact us the next time you want to order, we will be happy to help you choose the right size.
