Excellent service. Very quick

Shoes are of excellent quality. So comfortable and elegant. Hopefully some higher heels (4 inches plus) for the next season.

Great service, from advice to delivery, the product is also excellent

I asked customer service for advice on which boots to fit me, they replied early the next working day, their advice was excellent. The delivery by post was fast and discrete. The product exactly what I asked for.

Shoes much bigger than I expected

I ordered a size 35 but the moment I took the shoes out of the box I could see that they were going to be too big. They were more like a size 36 or even a 36.5. I was extremely disappointed with the large size as I haven't encountered a size 35 coming up this large before. I tried putting insoles to improve the fit as I didn't want to go to the trouble of returning them. If I had ordered a size 34 they would have been fine. Unfortunately the shoes have quite a shallow upper and as a result I felt as though my foot was pushed too far vertically upwards (if that makes any sense). I can probably wear them with the insoles but it is feels as though my foot will come out at any moment which doesn't make for a very comfortable experience. I had purchased these for work due to the heel height of 6cm which works out just right for my feet, but they are unlikely to be worn very much, if at all.

First of all, I am sorry that you are disappointed. Second there is a size guide that tells you exactly how big the size is and how to calculate your size. We sometimes see this problem in our store with ladies customers with a small size who are used to buy children's shoes or sneakers. Children's shoes and sneakers fit completely differently. Children's shoes are made for still developing children's feet. An adult foot often needs a larger size of those shoes, because they fit narrower. Our women's shoes are made on real women's lasts, with enough volume for an adult foot, they are much more comfortable for an adult foot and you can easily take a size smaller. Sneakers often have American sizing and differ one and a half size from dress shoes. By the way, this was a discounted last pair in the Clearance, we are surprised that you have not returned the pumps

Very bad

I paid for a pair of boots 176,95€ + paid for express delivery***from the 29/12/2020 T’was meant to arrive in 2 working days out of weekend . Till to date we are on the 13/01/2021 am RUMMING and begging for my Delivery. They took it to another Destination different from mine in a certain province very far from PARIS my ACTUAL ADRESSE which i had Very well and clearly PRECISIZED until my door number and floor image « @If u need the prove DHL EXPRESS Bordereau N•1391371730 STRAVERS shoes » The worste i payed thro PAYPAL Whom to date when i try to communicate ONLY A ROBOT ANSWERS and never find me any solutions I need really help coz am not ready to give up at all I need either they refund the 180€++ this is ( plus delivery price) and wasting of my time trying to get solutions by myself ( brains damage) This is my original problem with them to date and i regret for such carelessness from them.

Fast delivery, excellent quality.

I turned to Stravers in order to have a wide selection of shoes in small sizes. I have small feet, and I often have to shop in the kids section for shoes which narrows the selection considerably. Now, I have exactly what I was looking for: large selection of good quality dress shoes. It's been a positive experience. Although, it could be a little cheaper.

Wonderful in store shopping experience, great online service

I highly recommend a visit to the store in Amsterdam for a first class shopping experience. The sales ladies are very helpful with styles and sizing. You are guaranteed to leave with a stylish comfy pair of shoes. Since my store visit I have bought several more pairs of high heels, sneakers and ankle boots on line. Over seas delivery has always been a few days no problems to date. sizing- I find I am one size bigger in ankle boots than pumps or high heels. Great store for larger sizes.
