I’ve had a few pairs of shoes from Stravers and cannot fault them. Beautiful quality well made shoes at a good price. Order confirmed almost immediately, kept informed throughout the delivery process and received as promised very fast. I will continue to buy from them. 5* service.

I have ordered shoes from Stravers twice, 1 still pending delivery. The first shoes were great but there were Communicatons issues RE delivery to the point where the shoes went back to Stravers and then were re-sent. My current order is looking similar, I have had no updates on shipping, despite asking twice. Other on-line shopping sites have links to track the shipping etc, Stravers provide no follow up links at all.

Frist time purchaser and was not totally sure to purchase online, normally shop High St but struggled to get size and choice on quality shoes. Should not have worried. Shoes are fantastic quality and fit perfectly. Size 39. Great process from purchase to delivery. Certainly will purchase again.

As a trans guy, up until I discovered Stravers I thought I had to choose between butch women's shoes, or poor quality boy's shoes made for children. Last week I received a pair of high quality men's shoes in a size that fits. I feel like a million bucks.

Easy order, fast shipping, excelent quality

I love Stravers luxury shoes, however the shipping company they partner with is not good enough for the nice products of Stravers. When I ordered my shoes on the Stravers website I inputted my apartment unit # for the mailing address. Unfortunately the shipping company that Stravers partners with did not take the time to include my apartment unit # on the shipping label so the postal service was unable to deliver my package. I ended up having to go to the post office myself and get my package from them. I love Stravers shoes but am very dissatisfied by this experience, especially given the cost I paid for shipment to the United States

The shoes are terrific and I’d like to buy again, but I’ve since sent back some returns and even wrote to the info email notifying of this and haven’t heard anything back. Not an acknowledgment or reply. I’m still waiting to hear back from someone about the refund and new purchase. Very poor.

I am very pleased with my experience from Stavers. My son has Down syndrome, and has very small feet for his age. He needed a pair of dress shoes for his upcoming prom. I searched online extensively, and found Stavers. When given his feet measurements, they didn’t have wide enough shoes for him. I continued my search to no avail. I decided to order from Stavers and try will try to stretch them over a couple of months. It’s a small investment, but the shoes are beautiful! The first pair of all leather (including soles) shoes that I found in size 36; I am thrilled with them! Thank you Stavers!!!!

I ordered a pair of ankle boots - they arrived very promptly and are very good quality and extremely comfortable. Very impressed!

I have not received my shoes yet it is taking longer then expected

I found the website easy to navigate and my telephone enquiries were dealt with in a helpful way. A lovely range of reasonably priced quality womens’ footwear is available, including in large sizes. The import duty (destination UK) was considerably more than I expected but maybe that is a sign of the times!
