The delivery partner failed to deliver on time. Also did not attempt delivery at the right location. This caused us to recieve the order over a week late. The quality of the products we ordered was okay but not worth the premium price we paid.

We gebruiken ze voor bijna alle kliko's. Ze zijn makkelijk en handig om te gebruiken, je hoeft de kliko's bijna niet schoon te maken.

Bij het plaatsen van de bestelling had ik het huisnummer vergeten in te vullen. Daardoor moest dat nog nagevraagd woprden en kwam de levering een dag later. Helaas voor mij te laat om mee te nemen naar het buitenland. Verder prima. Verbeterpunt: maak het huisnummerveld in het bestelformulier verplicht in te vullen.

Overall I was really satisfied with the products I ordered, in terms of design, quality and the customer service was really friendly. Delivery was also really quick which was great. The only down part in my experience is that we found a couple of hairs numerous times (around 6 -8 times) in our order (more specifically between the containers). This should be avoided by all means. Thank you.
