First of all, thank you for your honest review. It helps us to improve.
It is clear that we dropped the ball in terms of communication. And I apologize for that. We made promises in terms of specific dates of delivery that we shouldn't have. We simply can not guarantee delivery to the other side of the world this specifically. Especially not with the current worldwide transport situation.
Please note that this has been addressed in the wider organization immediately and our processes have been amended as a result. So again; thank you for pointing this out.
I understand that this does not help your personal situation. The only thing I can assure you is that the goods have been sent and -according to our agent- have already been delivered to the US a few days ago. The local delivery service will need to take care of the last mile from here on. I expect it to be delivered to you in a matter of days. I am therefore afraid that there is not much left that we can do to speed up this delivery. Again; apologies.
Please reach out via phone or email if you wish to discuss this further, or if the goods do not arrive within a week. We will then obviously provide you with a refund.
