I buy cars from you company almost every week , the experience is perfect and the car is described verry well.

We first had experience with ATC while buying cars from Leaseplan Netherlands. Since then it is a great developement that I received a Whatsapp message from a real person and now have a contact with a real life person. Recently we had a really unpleasent experience with one of the greatest auction companies in the EU and did not have a direct contact, so ATC for surely has a BIG like from us for implementing this. Have a nice day, hope to do business in the near future.

If you need one place to buy Dutch vehicles from multiple suppliers - ATC is the way to go.

En bastantes vehículos, la peritación no va y solo con las fotos y los datos descriptivos, es muy difícil aproximarme al precio, motivo por el cual no consigo adjudicarme algunos coches.

We are satisfied with using your platform and also with process of handling documents and pickup authorizations. We would only suggest, that service histories of cars would be included on all listings (not only on Alphabet offers) and from time to time, more exact photos of damages would be great. Because many times cars that we bought come with other more damages, that were not photographed on damage reports. So we must claims for those cars, which takes ours and yours time and is connected with higher costs, than calculated. We also saw, that some damages are shown lets say on Adessa for same car, but not on VWE. Second suggestion is, that ending time of offers would be last on your platform, and not on Adessa, BCA,...

The bid indication is very effective, saces time and allows for greater volume of placed bids (green, orange, red dots). After awarding, the sales process is simple and fast. What i would like, is to get the pick up notice in pdf format, not to have to print to pdf each email with a pick up notice of the car

You can't make mistakes with your system. In 12 months, 1 typo on an offer cost me €3800. Inconceivable!

As your customer, we are satisfied with your services. Problems occur more with your suppliers of cars, because many times damage reports are not accurate, so many times cars we buy and receive, comes with damages that were not specified on reports. Also, enclosed service histories of purchased cars would be very useful (like Alphabet is enclosing them in general at each car). Pickup authorizations should be sent faster.

mucho tiempo hasta adjudicar un coche, despues mucho tiempo hasta dar el pick up, resumiendo, comprar un coche lleva mucho tiempo, demasiado para un profesional, porque si tiene que comprar 50 coches es imposible, si todo fuese mas rapido creo que seria mas facil comprar varios coches, asi es imposible

After bid is acceptied, it is a very fast process..sometimes the buds are taken fir consideration for way too long, leasing companies should have up to 24h to respond, not longer

Great offer, good descriptions, may be it would be better to know more feedback about achieved prices or sometimes to offer auction with bidding and bid history for comparing prices and market. If I know the price I can bid more. It would be great to make more automized process for transport solution - If I know that transport will cost xy EUR and automatically after payment the car is transported to my defined stock it would be great service for me.
