You have great platform and bidding process is really user friendly. But damage reports are many times not good, with a lot of errors. When we buy a car and receive it, car has a lot of other damages, that were not photographed.

We first had experience with ATC while buying cars from Leaseplan Netherlands. Since then it is a great developement that I received a Whatsapp message from a real person and now have a contact with a real life person.
