J’ai passé commande sur Choppershop et tout s’est mal passé. Le produit reçu ne correspondait pas du tout à la description sur leur site. Malgré cette erreur venant clairement de leur part, les frais de retour ont été à ma charge. S'en est suivi un échange interminable d’e-mails pendant 15 jours, sans réelle solution proposée. J’ai finalement été contraint d’ouvrir un litige PayPal pour obtenir un remboursement (hors frais de retour, bien sûr…). Le service client est lent, peu compréhensif, et refuse d’assumer ses responsabilités. C’est la pire expérience d’achat en ligne que j’ai eue depuis longtemps. Je déconseille fortement ce site : manque de professionnalisme, mauvaise foi, zéro sens du service client. I placed an order on Choppershop and everything went wrong. The product I received did not match the description on their website at all. Despite the mistake being clearly on their end, I had to pay for the return shipping. What followed was a frustrating 15-day email exchange with no real solution offered. In the end, I had to open a PayPal dispute just to get a refund (minus the return costs, of course). Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I strongly advise against using this site – unprofessional, dishonest, and completely lacking in customer care.

Items placed in the basket seem to dissapear after logging in, bitvunusual. Tried both couriers, both suck.

Excellent product. Great follow up by the team as there were some delays with delivery but I was kept informed of the status.
