Excellent very fast delivery

I only have one issue I had to pay another £97 to fedex for import duties. I wish you had told me this at the time of purchase as it was a bit of a shock and it made the carburetor over £500 . So I was not very happy with this . Kind regards Keith Cubitt.

Happy with the order process, product and delivery...

Happy with the order process, product and delivery... However, it was clear from the moment I opened up the package that one of the products had been previously sold and fitted by another customer. Not a huge issue, but not sure they should have charged full price and sold as a new product when clearly second-hand. It was even rusty...! When I contacted them to let them know of the issue, they didn't respond at all (even though they boast about getting back to customers within 1 hour usually). Not great service. Anyway, having said all of that, the product is good and it was delivered in reasonable time. I will probably still use this company.
