The seat was as described but shipping company used in Spain was poor
The drag speciality 3/4 seat for the Indian Scout Bobber twenty needs better instructions. It will not fit if the mounting bracket for the battery cover is not removed. The seat also needs a front locating bolt as the scout bobber twenty does not have this part as OEM.
Shipment: One of the most unreliable transport and delivery companies in Spain is Seur. This is the company that eventually delivered your product to me on the 13/1.
The main problem with Seur is the tracking info on their App. 1- Seur parcel ID numbers don't match your shop ID number 2- I received tracking info saying they couldn't access my building. So I tried to contact them but the only way was by talking to a robot on the DPD app that Seur use. I then chose delivery to a local shop which was confirmed by the Bot chat. 3- Please not that I work from home and that Seur had never called at my address up to this point. 4-Then I received scam messages saying that my parcel was detained at customs in Alicante and I had to pay extra.
Is it a coincidence that the scam messages to my email arrived exactly the same day that Seur were supposed to deliver???
Is their server being hacked???? Is someone in their company scamming clients???
5-The DPD app states that delivery to a designated pick up point takes 1 working day.
So the following day I visited the pick up point ( Ilaass multi servicio, Crevillente) but no parcel. The following day I then track the parcel and find that it is due to be delivered. It still didn't arrive.
6-The next day Friday 13 it was then delivered to my flat. Not the pick up point.
Most serious business in the Alicante area use transport and shipping companies like MRW or DHL.
