On me demande si je suis satisfait ? Une honte je paie plus de 10e de frais de port pour recevoir mon colis en 2 jours et toujours rien. Date de livraison initiale le 30 juin, on es le 5 juillet toujours rien, de plus c'était pour l'anniversaire d'un ami qui était le 2 juillet. Donc très mauvaise expérience, je demande un geste commercial Merci

J'ai commandé une paire d'amortisseur YSS chez Choppershop je suis super satisfait de la rapidité de la commande répond vite au messages, commande arrivée en 1 semaine juste un problème avec le suivi du transporteur !

Excellent very fast delivery

I only have one issue I had to pay another £97 to fedex for import duties. I wish you had told me this at the time of purchase as it was a bit of a shock and it made the carburetor over £500 . So I was not very happy with this . Kind regards Keith Cubitt.

Happy with the order process, product and delivery...

Happy with the order process, product and delivery... However, it was clear from the moment I opened up the package that one of the products had been previously sold and fitted by another customer. Not a huge issue, but not sure they should have charged full price and sold as a new product when clearly second-hand. It was even rusty...! When I contacted them to let them know of the issue, they didn't respond at all (even though they boast about getting back to customers within 1 hour usually). Not great service. Anyway, having said all of that, the product is good and it was delivered in reasonable time. I will probably still use this company.
