Produit reçu en 100ml alors que commandé et payé un grand flacon de 1 litre ! J ai du renvoyer le colis avec des frais puisque je ne peux pas me déplacer je suis vraiment déçue par cette première et sans doute derrière commande puisque je n ai toujours pas reçu ce que j ai acheté !

Worst company to ever order with. Shipping takes long. The delivery takes even longer. Customer service cannot help you and choose to laugh at you when your seeking help. This is why they are rated hollands worst company. Still i havent received my orders god knows when i will receive them but for me you guys are a company not even worth to rate.

First of all get some good customer service staff as this is the core representive part of your business. Stop misleading people into thinking they will receive their item 2/3 working days after shipment. Get a better transporter and if needed ask to customer to pay for the extra charges because they will.

I was initially very nervous about buying this product since it is very new and I am new to the vendor. The perfume box was a little bit scruffy-looking,however, it was for myself only and the contents of the box were perfect. Delivery did take a little longer than expected but was still less than 2 weeks.

Compré un producto que no cumplió mis expectativas, bastante caro y al enviarte una opinión acerca del producto he visto al cabo del tiempo que no la han publicado... NO VOLVERÍA A COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA...
