Ordered a dress, got it nicely packaged in good time. Unfortunately it didn't fit so had to send it back which cost a bit for traceable because I'm in Sweden so it's not the company's fault, but wanted to make sure it didn't disappear on the way back. Got refund without any problem. Very good updates regarding sending and the receiving of return.

Customer service are amazing, through no fault of their own my parcel was returned back to them. As soon as it arrived back to them they shipped it straight back out. Norwegian approved! <3 Found Succubus through searching for a Killstar top I wanted that was sold out elsewhere. I depend on European online stores for goth/alt clothing, and with the rise of fake webstore scams on Google I was a bit nervous about ordering. Thankfully my shopping experience here turned out great! My order was shipped out quickly, delivered within 7 business days and my top arrived safely in perfect condition. Highly recommend to those in Nordic countries and Europe!

Nice quality items and amazing packaging. Customer service is good and shipment easily traced, however shipping costs are a bit high between EU countries that are considerably close in distance. Also size charts are a bit off and measurements listed are smaller than they actually are. Both Items I orderded in small (dress and pants), I had to pay extra to take in since they were much bigger than the measurements described. I could have easily fit into an xs but didn't risk ordering since according to the description it would have been very tight. Perhaps they could add a note that something might "run large" or check if measurements are accurate? Overall would recommend.
