I ordered 1000 cloakroom tickets paid for next day delivery extra £18.50 it turned up 2-3 days later spoke to the Manager who confirmed I would be refunded the £18.50 but got nothing still chasing made another order last week Thursday paid extra for next day delivery same it came Monday. I’ve been emailing and calling but no one responds.

Product is very good. Customer service is fantastic – the delivery company lost our delivery – however these guys replaced it free of charge within a couple of days. The actual products they sell are priced fairly – and of good quality. 12 months in and not complaints/concerns at all.

The Printer is ideal for my event company. A few set up problems initially but it wasn't an issue as the company support was first class. I would certainly recommend this platform for any live music venue.

The Cloakroom products are amazing! I did a lot of research and they have everything that you need to run a sleek fuss free claokroom. Lin is fantastic and her customer service amazing always happy to help with a quick response time :) I manage a night club in east London and The Cloakroom has dramatically improved everyone's experience. From the cloakroom attendants to our the guests :) I also have to deal with a lot less lost tickets and left items, no more annoying raffles tickets that disintegrate in a hot club or a nightmare for staff to stick on to the hangers. Also you will save money as they won't need to spend so long setting up the cloakroom! I honestly I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Easy buying experience.

I ordered my item on Monday and upgraded for next day delivery as I knew I needed my items for Wednesday ensuring plenty of time to receive them. However I didn’t receive the items till Thursday so paying extra was pointless. This really let the service down in my eyes.
