Thank you for your review. I'm not sure to whom you paid €20,- for your return, as I don't see any payment for this to us.
I do see that you have used the free DHL return label that we have provided to you for your order and that you chose to insure the return of your winter coats for €4,95. It is completely optional to insure your package if you wish to do so, and this is not taken care of by us but by the software we use for our return portal (Returnless).
I reached out to you by e-mail as well to ask you to who you would have paid €20,-, but I haven't received any reply from you anymore unfortunately.
Anyway, I'm glad to see that you are happy with one of the coats you ordered so I wish you a lot of pleasure with that one. We will process your return for you as soon as we have received it back at our warehouse.
