Julie and the team were absolutely fantastic. I saved 90% on what the week would have cost through Marriott. Because it is a traditional week, it does not have the flexibility that points have, although these were available to purchase also. There is almost 0 downside buying secondhand, and the upside is a saving of approximately 90%.

I spotted the Fab Timeshare offices in Marbella. I was assured that they will be able to sell my 2 gold weeks with Marriotts. I was told clearly that Marriotts drag their feet when it comes to this. And this was proved right. Fab sold my 2 weeks within a month. All paperwork was completed by the buyer and seller within another month. Then we had to deal with Marriotts - 10 months they messed around but now its all done. Fab did their best but the whole thing took forever. Thanks Julie

We strolled in to the shop at 1200Hrs and had a booking and checked in to the Marriott Marbella Beach Resort before 1700Hrs! Darby was brilliant - helping us and the owners every step of the way and talking directly to the Marriott staff to help get things done fast! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Fab Timeshare in my experience have been more helpful than the Marriott European Services team (to whom I can't get a response by email nor get through on the phone). But Andrew at Fab responded to my query immediately and then helped resolve it straightaway! Thanks for the great customer service.

Superb company to deal with when I finally decided to sell my timeshare. Unlike others who promised lots and delivered nothing, their team (especially Darby Bradshaw) dealt with it professionally and quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process !

I bought a Marriott Timeshare through Fab Timeshare not so long ago. Andrew and his team are brilliant. No fuss, paperwork as it should be and price for a platinum season just brilliant. I have bought through other companies in the past, once they have your money, you are usually on your own. Not with Fab, the advice was the best. I’ve just had a phone call from Andrew in Spain helping me with Interval, that in my opinion is the best customer service I could have.

In general the process was quite long lasting but I suppose because of Marriott. As soon as I have been in contact with fab timeshare I was extremely pleased with fast response on any question, particularly by darby bradshaw. I have told fab timeshare that I was disappointed with the price but this seems to be the current offer on the market. When I bought the weeks, Marriott was promising a lot but have not kept their promises. Value increase of the weeks, the golf environment etc. A further issue is also the reservation system by Marriott. But as I mentioned, fab time did a great job in assisting me to sale these weeks. Thanks a lot.

Fab Timeshare came to the rescue when we learned that there was no official resale or buyback program for Marriott Vacation Club in Europe. Fab Timeshare provided good advice which allowed us to sell our week before the annual maintenance fee was due.
