After receiving a very poor service from another timeshare resale company I was very happy with the service I received from Fab Timeshare. Andrew provided honest and constructive advice about the value of our timeshare (something which others do not leading you to believe you can receive highly inflated prices) and subsequently obtained a sale for us. I also wish to praise Darby in the Admin dept who was also very helpful and always replied promptly and efficiently to my emails. Would not hesitate to recommend Fab Timeshare to others and would definitely use again!

After a dubious rental purchase experience via eBay I was sceptical and hesitant about distance selling again. I manage to buy and rent out my timeshare weeks through FAB with a minimum of hassle. Paperwork was completed efficiently. FAB smoothed things out for me when there were problems especially in handling money - I don't have a bank account in Spain and I don't like to lose money in FOREX and in interbank transfers. FAB was flexible in responding to my unusual requests eg in agreeing to disburse monies due to me from rentals in the form of cash cheque when I was in Marbella and sending them to my MVC account to settle my maintenance fees.
