Thank you for your review. regarding the weeks we have available for rental the prices are not fixed prices and are influenced by marriott.com prices so anything we have available you can always contact us about for a guide price the owner is looking for and make an offer. We will always try to give you the lowest rate possible and compete with any like for like offer.

Our week in Marriott Paris was sold within 24 hours, so we were happy with the outcome.

Suggestions

We would have liked to have achieved a better price for a high demand week, as our costs were not completely covered, but all weeks appear to have the same value.

Thanks for the review. The difficulty we have with village france weeks in December is the price on marriott.com isn't as high as the likes of June so to cover the maintenance fee of €1338 plus our rental commission is almost the same price as on marriott.com.
