In het weekend 2 brandstof handpompen besteld waar geen gebruiksaanwijzing bij zat. Die lekten flink. Ook een handpomp met batterijen besteld en die werkt wel goed. De bezorging via dpd was pas op vrijdag terwijl ik op maandag al een pakket traceer nummer kreeg. Geef dan ook dat nummer pas door als het pakket meegegeven is aan de vervoerder.

Excellent service, Toolsidee is a serious and reliable company has outstanding professional equipment. Fast shipping by courier with product tracking. I bought HBM's 216 piece professional inch spanner set, arrived they are for professional use, in chrome vanadium, strong and durable. I needed them for the workshop. I recommend it.

I order an item from the website, which was a .co.uk site. However, when the item, was dispatched it was clear to see it was from outside the UK. I then received several e-mails asking for additional charges relating to import and customs charges, which were not made clear at the time, and were not expected due to ordering from a co.uk site. I have since refused to pay the extra charges and sent the item back.

Item ordered received within 7 days ,postage a bit expensive but value price of product made up for this.
