Onze eerste bestelling liep al smooth, nu liep onze "herhaal" bestelling helemaal makkelijk en werd alles snel en korrekt geleverd.

The ordering itself and manufacturing time and delivery time were all smooth sailing. However we notice there is a lot of fraying on the sides and this makes handling the labels a bit tricky and we have to find a way to stop the fraying. I ordered the laser cut option specifically to avoid this but guesss it does not apply to the sides

So far EE Labels has proven to be the most efficient label business I have dealt with - regards timing efficiency & personal contact.

De ontwerptool is goed te gebruiken, en het eindresultaat is hoe het eruit ziet in de tool. Dit maakt het betrouwbaar en veilig om te bestellen. Ook is Hetti van de klantenservice iemand die je graag uit de voeten helpt!

Super Service. EE Label Factory ist direkt auf unsere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Lieferung ging super schnell.

Over het algemeen ben ik erg tevreden over de service en de kwaliteit van EE Label. Enkel mijn eerste bestelling was slordig en niet mooi van kwaliteit. Toen ik hierover een melding deed werd er kortaf gereageerd. Uiteindelijk toch beslist om het nog een tweede kans te geven. Alle daarop volgende bestelling waren wel netjes in orde en mooi geprint.

Good products, but sorry delivery fee seems to be unaproprietly high. I get by PPL or GLS here in Czechia pricing arroung 6 eur per package of this size. 20 eur is a bit too much.

I love and recommend EE Label Factory for its speed and quality. There was something missing on the commercial invoice when they tried to ship my latest sample order to me in the US - and I had to deal with a Fedex nightmare. I am placing a bulk order now and I hope this doesn't happen again!

In general my experience has been really good, especially when it comes to direct communication!! Always helpful, always kind, very ready to find a solution. Very generous in providing samples, etc... I will say though, that the division between EE Labels and EE Label factory was not clear to me in the beginning and caused quite some confusion/ unnecessary detours. Same goes for some aspects in the process of ordering labels online. I understand why it makes sense when you know what you are doing, but for me as someone who ordered labels for the first time I was missing a few little pieces of information that would have eased the journey. :)

Van bestellen via de website tot en met het ontvangen van de labels liep allemaal gesmeerd. Kwaliteit van de labels is ook prima.

Het online bestellen van grote aantallen geweven labels is best spannend maar EE Label Factory was steeds 'stand-by' en dat was heel prettig.

Ik was op zoek naar labels voor mijn Shiatsu Kimono. Bij het zuster bedrijf van EE Label kwam ik als eerste uit, maar zij konden mijn label helaas niet maken. Ik had al online betaald, maar ze namen direct contact met me op dat ze een goed alternatief hadden. Ze verwezen me door naar EE Label. En ook hier werd ik heel goed geholpen met mijn vragen en bestelling. Ik ben ontzettend blij met de labels van mijn eigen logo. Aanrader!

We are generally very happy with EE Label. We have been ordering our labels from you for the past 3 years. You are very responsive, and delivery is always fast. However, we were surprised by the price of our last order: we paid 688 for 2,000 labels, which we find quite expensive for basic labels. But we still recommend you to other new brands and creatives.

Hoge kwaliteit labels, mooi geweven tot in de kleinste details, vriendelijke service en ook nog snel!

EE Label helps my brand to be sustainable until the last label. They have GOTS organic cotton available, which is not easy to find. When question, the team helps you. Everyone is able to order on their website, even for non-graphist. Also this is a local producer (for me).

Goed, alleen uiteinde van labels waren niet dicht gestikt

Really beautiful quality labels, made with equality and sustainability in mind. Only issue I had was that the colour thread I asked for was 'panna' but it printed like a silver-grey. I hope that doesn't happen again. But otherwise, it is amazing!

Makkelijk om contact mee te maken. Ze denken graag met je mee in het bestelproces, maar ook in het ophalen van het pakket op locatie. Prachtig product!
