but...it doesn't matter if the product is amazing, when you send an automated email starting with "beste klant". That shows me that you are like everybody else. Why would you make an amazing product and then half-ass the process? Show that you care and you will have loyal customers for life. Hope that I didn't broke your feelings with my feedback.

Door een technische storing aan de machine die de labels maakt, hebben we 3 weken langer moeten wachten. Teleurstellend vond ik vooral dat er nauwelijks gecommuniceerd werd. Eénmalig een mailtje dat de order later geleverd zou worden. Geen update vanuit EE Labels zelf. Ook het onpersoonlijke aan het bestelproces bevalt me helemaal niet. Hierdoor is er een fout ontstaan.

Die Etiketten ließen sich ganz einfach konfigurieren, Herstellung und Versand waren schnell. Der größte Pluspunkt für mich ist aber die Bio-Baumwolle als Material. Toll, dass es das gibt!

Mooie kwaliteit en goede service !

I am happy with the quality and price of my organic cotton printed labels; the print quality of fine lines/text is good. The company's website top banner says "Delivery in 7 working days", and their Delivery & Return Policy says, "All items will be transferred to the shipping company within 7 working days after receipt of the approved payment." However, I ordered on 1st December, and the dispatch estimate given after the order was placed, was 21st December. I received dispatch notice of my order on 17th December, so they were able to do better than their estimate, but worse than their policy. I understand that sometimes high-volume periods can occur, but clear information on the website - maybe changing the "Delivery in 7 working days" in the top banner, would let customers know what to expect. Also, even after receiving my order, I received multiple suspicious emails from someone in the company, including an invoice (with spelling mistakes) attached to a blank email, and notice that an invoice was overdue (though already paid). Blank emails, and emails with different signatures/logos to what I had received from the company before, are immediately suspicious. After contacting the trusted email address (from which I had received my original order confirmation) they managed to clear up the issue, but overall, their communications were confusing and disruptive, and wasted a lot of my (and probably their) time.

EE labels were easy to design my labels and easy and fast to deal with.

Voor correspondentie onderling wordt zeer goed en snel geholpen, ondanks online bestelling.

Netjes op tijd geleverd, hoge kwaliteit. alleen zijn de letters op de achterzijde erg moeilijk leesbaar want te klein. Het was fijn geweest als iemand die dit dagelijks doet ons even had gewaarschuwd. Ca. 400 euro is best veel geld als het resultaat uiteindelijk net niet helemaal is wat het moest zijn.

Mooie professionele etiketten. Makkelijk zelf te 'maken' en de kleuren zijn scherp, evenals de letters.

De kleurcode en het logo zijn perfect overgebracht naar het label. Het bio katoenen label zelf is ook prachtig. Zeer tevreden!
