Spent 2 years living in a Citylifer apartment. The apartment was modern and the company was always very responsive and happy to assist when I had questions. The Citylifer also organizes cool events - great for trying out new things and meeting new people!

They are also young professionals and understand the lifestyle here in the City as both professionals and students. Whenever you need them they are there! I highly recommend if you are a group of students or young professionals that want to live with roommates in Rotterdam! :)

I had a great experience with CityLife and highly recommend their services. The replies were very quick, very kind and considerate. The employees and the owner are very understanding of personal situations and try to help as much as possible. The company definitely places people/customers first by listening to their needs and taking actions. 1. We had all our feedback taken during check in and handyman services organized within couple of days to fix some small issues. 2. We needed to baby-proof the house and the agreement with owner was reached same day to remove some pieces of furniture for safety. 3. The contract was arranged within couple of days from decision to rent and we had very nice welcome gift pack for us during check in. 4. Moreover, the owners of the agency did a number of steps to help us as Ukrainian family to rent, settle and feel like home in this difficult times. We are very grateful for such treatment and I’m sure, you will be in good hands with CityLife when choosing their services.

From the start of the renting process, it was always very easy to communicate with CityLife. Whenever an issue takes place they do their best to be able to help as soon as possible. They are very friendly and kind people. You just need to take your suitcase with you and you can move in to their apartments right away which makes it easier especially for expats I think.

Citylife aims to communicate all steps of the process in a simple and efficient manner. From the very first communications we as tenants felt appreciated and well guided through the whole process. All employees are very kind and supportive. No hour-long phone calls or pending emails- citylife responded within seconds to all calls and were happy to help at any given point in time. They made such a complicated and long process as renting an appartment very simple and fast.

I have just moved into a Citylife apartment and so far the experience with the agency has been absolutely great. Super fast replies to emails or questions as well as a check-in with a bottle of wine have made the rental experience seamless. Especially as an international, the Dutch contracts are sometimes particularly hard to understand, and the Citylife team made sure that we understood every part before the signing. Really would recommend them!

Citylife made the process of contract signing very simple and clear. We had our keys in no time😊 and now whenever we have a question or problem, they always respond with a solution within hours. They are very efficient and reliable.

I appreciate the service which is always available. The company concept is great for students who want to live together. Honestly the renovation of the apartment I rent looks good but are some things were cheaply bungled by the builders. Overall though good company.
