I needed a visa to Australia at very short notice, so this was perhaps not the cheapest option but I didn’t have time to shop around. The application was very straightforward as the form was easy to fill in, communication was excellent, and the visa was received exceptionally quickly which put my mind at rest because I can now fly out to visit my poorly mum.

This was relatively quick and easy to complete, but you have to make sure you have input all the correct details. The system does allow you to check everything once completed so it is very important that you do this. Didn't realise that you are changed an extra £1 if you use a credit card. Our approved visas arrived with 24 hours, quick.

Smooth and impressive

In my panic of realising that I needed an ESTA to travel to the US. I went on the e-visa.co.uk website to obtain one urgently. As they claim they put you to the front of the queue. It was only after 14 hours had passed that I called the CBP (customs and border patrol) who advised me it was an automated system that has no human interaction. That no one can put applications at the front of the queue. That the only time they can intervene is after 72 hours. He informed me that usually all applications clear within hours no such thing as an urgent application. This was also confirmed when speaking to other travellers on my journey. Who also had to obtain an ESTA. Who advised they only paid a processing fee of around £21 and it still came through within hours. You can call the CBP and they will confirm what I have said. So do not waste your money on this company. I do not understand how they are getting away with this as they are scamming people. I am going to take this to the ombudsman.
