To aged persons like me, the experience is fairly complex in an unfamiliar setting (online!), but, unlike the official USA online platform, is logical, and straightforward. Given patience and time it does not result in the PC suffering terminal damage. It does not require, as does the official USA site, require one to leave the platform to obtain a code which is sent to your email address, which, when obtained, defies all attempts either to successfully return to the site, or to use it, or both. Ten attempts failed, which led me to you and although the fee is double the official site, success was achieved for both my wife and me first time. Reassurance, speed of process until the ESTA is confirmed, and peace of mind made this platform totally worthwhile. Many thanks!
